We've had the opportunity to invest in three separate Criterion Fund projects over the past 18 months. Criternion Fund representatives have always done a great job clearly communicating the project attributes in advance of our investments. The project descriptions and pro-formas are easy to understand and help us make good investing decisions. If unexpected surprises pop up prior to or during the investment lifespan (positive or negative) the team does a great job communicating in a timely and transparent manner. We have been very satisfied with the returns generated during our time with Criterion. IRR and cash-on-cash returns have hit or surpassed the targets established at time of investment, indicating the team does a great job managing the revenue, cost and investment aspects of each project. We've found the team to be very responsive to our questions and very helpful as we've performed our pre-investment due diligence activities.
