I'm invested in several projects with AcreTrader for about 3 years. Each project is in its own LLC.
None of the projects I'm invested in have gone full cycle (from investment to repayment), however the annual dividends are in line with what was estimated prior to the investment.
2 or 3 times a year, an update of each individual project is provided to the investor giving an overview of how the project is proceeding.
I would rate this investment as one of the most boring investments... which is a good thing. It's a simple investment into farmland with an annual payment.
I would invest with them again.
